The terms and conditions outlined here govern the use of the website and services provided by Hair Couture Salon. The site is intended for use by Indian nationals residing in or outside India, and other nationals residing in India, provided they are at least 18 years of age. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through the website are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed within the validity period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. Hair Couture Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Membership Terms & Conditions
All memberships purchased at Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Memberships are non-cancellable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash, services, or any other monetary value.
Transfer of membership is permitted. Members may transfer their membership benefits to another individual by notifying the salon in advance and completing the required transfer formalities.
Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa reserves the right to approve or decline any membership transfer request at its sole discretion.
All membership benefits, validity, and usage are subject to the standard salon policies and may be revised without prior notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
